All orders placed on Tickle and Twist UK are processed straight away through our automated system to guarantee prompt dispatch and delivery. Because of this, we’re unable to cancel orders after they’ve been submitted. Please be sure all details are correct before completing checkout.

When will my order be processed?

Orders submitted before 11am Monday–Friday are processed and shipped the same day from our warehouse. You can expect delivery within 2–3 working days.

How long does delivery take?

We use an express tracked service across the UK, so your parcel will usually arrive within 2–3 business days.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

All shipments are fully tracked and require a signature upon delivery. You’ll receive tracking information by email so you can monitor your parcel’s journey.
